About us

Bure Park Football Club began life as a small group of parents meeting up on a Saturday morning for a ‘kick about with their young children. With the popularity of this session, we soon realised we would need to get a bit more organised and so the club was formed in a official capacity in 2008 when the first team was registered to play in a league.

Now, we continue to grow year-on-year and are registered as a Charter Standard club affiliated to the Oxfordshire Football Association. We have 30 teams playing in both the Witney and District Youth League (WDYFL) and the Oxford Mail Youth League (OMYFL) and we have created a fun and friendly club through which boys, girls and adults can play football.

If you would like to join the club or get involved as a volunteer, we’d love to hear from you here.

Do you and/or your child want to play football?

Bure Park FC is a 3/3 star English Accredited community football club. We have over 80 volunteer Team Managers, Coaches, and Support team running 30 football teams with over 450 players across all age groups.

We are based in Bicester, North Oxfordshire and play our football following the Respect Codes of Conduct.

The FA focuses on 4 areas at grassroots football – technical, physical, social and psychological skills. Everything we are trying to achieve revolves around this with an emphasis on enjoying ourselves – although it is nice to win, this isn’t the be-all and end-all.
